REPLACE THOUGHTS
While riding to work you must replace any negative thoughts with constructive thoughts.
DEEP BREATH
When you park your car, take a deep breath, and repeat “I CAN DO THIS! DON’T BE MOLDED COLE SLAW!”
When you greet your co-workers, greet them with animation and enthusiasm. Then go look in the mirror and repeat “I CAN DO THIS! DON’T BE MOLDED COLE SLAW!”
PERSONAL FRUSTRATIONS
Don’t share your personal frustrations with your co-workers unless they pertain to your job. It could possibly decrease motivation and cause conflict with your co-workers. Consider workplace counseling or talk after hours with someone you trust.
